At Shaikh OPTICALS, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • Customized or prescription lenses are non-returnable unless damaged or incorrect.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
